The Big Shot!

…a regular part of my craft and card making process.

Sometimes it’s easier to show complex craft or hobby tools rather than tell about them, so here’s a video about one of my go-to crafting tools, the Big Shot!

As part of my regular card making routine, I’ve come to appreciate this odd looking tool but this video from Stampin’ Up! makes it look a lot more accessible. And fun!

Find out more about the Big Shot here or join my monthly Craft Club and use it first hand!

So I finally cracked open my Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities™ Markers, the first two sets I wanted from the get go. READ MORE »

CARD CLUB DETAILS

What is it?

Stampin Art Crafting Clubs are a group of people who get together once a month for a Stampin’ Up! Workshop, focusing on learning new and advanced techniques.  I supply all of the materials and instruction for you to create at least 2 projects (sometimes a 3rd one!!).  This is a great way to boost your stamping knowledge and see those accessories from the catalogue that you’ve always wondered about!

What are my responsibilities as a club member?

Each member commits to purchasing $30 per month on catalogue merchandise (plus shipping and taxes), and each month, a different member acts as the hostess. Orders & money must be turned in on the day of club.

Why should I join a club?  What are the benefits of joining?

Think of the club as the “advanced” workshop.  You will learn a variety of fun and advanced rubber stamping techniques – this is a great way to make the most of your collection!  It is also a great way to get inspired and keep that creativity flowing.  In addition to the hostess benefits mentioned above, you will also receive all current Stampin’ Up! catalogues for free during the duration of your club.  And don’t forget about all of the great projects you will create!

I’d love to join, but what if I can’t make it to all of the club nights?

No problem!  Simply place your $30 order with me ahead of time.

When does the it start?

Each club series runs from September to June.

What day do we meet?

All meeting dates are preselected and presented at the first meeting so you can plan your schedule accordingly. Stamp Club is (usually) the fourth Wednesday of the month.

All clubs are held from 7:00 – 9:30 pm

Where does the club meet?

We will meet in Tess’s Stamping Studio and I supply snacks and drinks for the first night!!

Still have questions?

Contact me.  I look forward to stamping with you!!

Registration Dates: now until September 10th please

Layered Die Cut Card

P1010745_WM

I sent out this card recently as part of a shower of cards to show support for one of our card crafting demos who had just heard some bad news.  So for a special treat I made her a layered die cut card using a couple of the die frames from the Word Bubbles Framelits Die and the “hi” die frame from the Label Card Thinlits Die.
