Something tells me – the Painted Petals Stamp Set (clear, photopolymer, wood) – could become a very popular stamp set for me. You can’t go wrong with a watercolour type of flower design add an appropriate sentiment and it will cover off many occasions quite well – Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Weddings, Thank you, Sympathy.
For this card I used a brayer to add ink to one side of the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder then embossed it onto a full card. Instead of inking the background I wanted the flowers to be inked to create a reverse image. It was also a bit tricky keeping the card back from getting inked and not folding it too much. But it was fun to do; I just had to touch it up a bit with a Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Write Marker.
